Marston Hillier has been in touch with details of a fundraising event taking place on Saturday.
He’s the President of the Interact Club of Cowes, which is the sister club of the Rotary Club of Cowes. All members of the Interact Club are between 12 and 18 years old.
On Saturday between 10am and 2pm they’ll be running a fundraising car wash at Newport Fire Station.
The plan is to raise money for the Isle of Wight Foodbank and the Fire Station’s chosen charity.
If you can, do pop along and get your car washed by the young people. Although the forecast is not great, the fundraising event is still planned to go ahead.
