The latest dance-fitness craze Latin-style arrives on the Island.
Zumba uses Merenge, Cumbia, Salsa, Samba, Reggaeton music and dance moves.
It is sure to get your heart pumping and your feet tapping with the Isle of Wight’s only qualified Zumba tutor, Helen Baker.
Helen tells us that this is the fun, funky way to tone-up and get fit (you don’t need to know how to dance and can take it as easy as you want to).
New daytime classes start for a trial period on Tuesdays between 9.30 to 10.30am £3/£2 concession
It all takes place at The Carnival Learning Centre, Westridge, Ryde (behind Tesco’s)
