The Rehabilitation Unit

The 26 bedded Rehabilitation Unit supports over 500 patients each year to achieve a full recovery following trauma, elective surgery or medical illness.

If a full recovery is not possible the unit enables people to optimise their physical, mental and social potential in order to return home or to the most appropriate environment.

The majority of services provided by Isle of Wight NHS Trust are commissioned and funded by Isle of Wight Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), NHS England and Isle of Wight Council.
