Following the horrendous news on Monday of a 72 year old man’s body found in a garage in Cowes, police gave an update yesterday (Tuesday).
They said,
“An extension was granted around lunchtime (Tuesday) by the courts giving police permission to hold the arrested man for a further 32 hours.
“He continues to be questioned.
“A post mortem is being carried out on the deceased.”
