Two Isle of Wight fire engines attended a blaze in Havenstreet last night.
The alarm was raised by a member of the public just before 1am.
When the two fire tenders from Newport and Ryde arrived, they found the flames well-underway, with it having spread to a total area of 30m x 10m.
The building has been left severely damaged, but happily no horses were involved.
Fire investigators will be returning this morning to the site, which is behind the White Hart Inn on Havenstreet Main Road.
