Having been Chair of Governors during the tumultuous time of change at the troubled Cowes school, Alan Wells is to be replaced, citing a change in personal circumstances for the decision.
Cowes Enterprise Principal, John Peckham says, "The evidence grows stronger that this is good for relationships, good for behaviour and good for results."
Since being taken over by Ormiston Academies Trust, Cowes Enterprise is now considered a new school by Ofsted, giving them a chance of starting again, so exiting Special Measures.
