Island trio recognised for transatlantic row raising awareness about ocean pollution

Islanders, Xavier Baker, Chris Mannion and Paul Berry, will be taking part in the 2023 Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge, known as ‘the world’s toughest row’, in order to raise funds for ocean preservation.
The three year project culminates at the end of 2023, when the three men set off from La Gomera to cross the Atlantic Ocean in their Rannoch 45 rowing boat.
