New Carnival uses use carnival and celebratory arts to engage people and communities, to bring out the very best in them, helping them to achieve their creative potential and celebrating with them through the production of excellent outdoor events.
The project was the brainchild of the New Carnival Company and designed to keep the carnival spirit alive in the wake of the pandemic and another season of cancelled carnival events
