The Hambrough
The Hambrough hotel and restaurant are based in Ventnor with a commanding view over Ventnor Bay.
It gained a strong reputation as a quality eatery, originally set by Robert Thompson before he left in April 2013.
His replacement was announced as Chef John Campbell but this didn’t come to fruition.
Darren Beevers started with a new team in June 2013, leaving again in November 2014.
