It's taken Island Roads 12 days to respond to three simple questions about the design of the new parapets on Wootton Bridge that have been causing much anger amongst residents.

Wootton Bridge is on the North side of the Isle of Wight, to the West of Ryde.
As well as being an area, it is also a thing – an actual bridge that sits over connection between Wootton Creek and The Old Mill Pond.
It’s quite close to Fishbourne, the ferry port for the Ryde to Portsmouth Wightlink ferry route.
