Adults With A Learning Disability: Meeting To Discuss Impact Of High Court Ruling

Riverside CentreEveryone in receipt of services from the Council will have been affected by the High Court ruling which declared the policy being followed by the Council – to be illegal.

The ruling will affect you whether the people you care for are at home or in residential care.

If you think that you may need services in the future, then again the decision will affect you.

Meeting on 27th January
The Carers’ Forum has not been able to meet for some time because of the Court case but now we are able to meet and you are invited to attend on 27 February at the Riverside Centre (11am-1pm) where the implications of the High Court Judgment will be discussed.
