You might remember last week we highlighted a team taking part in the Round the Island race who raised money for prostate cancer.
A staggering 36,000 men in the UK are diagnosed with the condition every year and the Prostate Cancer Charity are always on the lookout for people to help raise awareness and funding.
West Wight Prostate Cancer Walk
At the end of March on the Island, around 90 people gathered to walk in aid of the The Prostate Cancer Charity.
We understand that this was the second year running that the walk had been organised by Ann and John Fraser.
A very healthy sum of £3500 was raised by the walk and the event was filmed by Utility Films.
Well done to everyone involved, check out the film for more details and the link at the bottom of the article for info about prostate cancer.
