It was terrible to hear the news this morning that a 33 year old man involved in a collision with a double decker was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are now making a direct appeal for three potential witnesses following a road collision in Ryde this morning in which a motorcyclist died.
The collision happened at the junction of Great Preston Road and High Park Road at around 8.15am this morning.
Officers from the Shanklin Roads Policing Unit would like to speak with two schoolgirls from Ryde High School who were on the bus at the time but left before police arrived. It’s hoped they may have seen what happened.
Police are also keen to speak with a man in his 50s said to be a regular passenger on the bus who gets on at Shanklin library.
