Charities at Home has been set up to help the Isle of Wight community. All proceeds from the shop go back into the community, and particularly the homeless and less fortunate.
A collaboration between the Pop Up Soup Kitchen, Ryde Elim Church and a bunch of wonderful volunteers means that Isle of Wight homeless now have a warm, safe place for night-time respite.
Trevor Blaney came up with a great way to raise awareness for the Pop Up Soup Kitchen. With the help of Tesco in Ryde, flowers were placed across the Island this morning to spread the message.
The Isle of Wight Pop Up Soup Kitchen is heading to the Isle of Wight Festival in June to spread awareness of the project and raise much needed cash to see them through next winter.
