We’re all sitting on the edge of our seats awaiting the release of the document outlining what the Isle of Wight council feels are the options for the education system on the Island.
The only thing is that we’ve all been expecting it to come out at 6 pm this evening, but as we write this it hasn’t turned up.
Reading the site, where it was due to be released, it does say on there ‘available _after_ 18:00,’ which gives them a bit of a get out.
Clearly IW Radio were expecting it too, as they’ve been desperately trying to fill in the news show since 6pm, due to a lack of report to … well, report on.
It’s a little disturbing that the council needs these extra few minutes … or perhaps it might turn out to be hours … to finish the report off. Feels a bit like rushing the homework, because you’ve been out playing with your mates the night before. Let’s hope that the dog hasn’t eaten it.
