Thanks to Jan Crayton for letting us know about this spectacular fundraising challenge taking place in June.
Jan tells us that on Thursday 13th June, Brian Crayton will be having his first shave in nearly 30 years.
Off with the lot
Not only is Brian sacrificing his facial hair, but he’s also planning to have his ‘long wavy locks’ chopped off too, all in aid of the Earl Mountbatten Hospice.
The grand shaving and chopping event takes place at Flanagan’s in Sandown and we understand that Melody Sheath will be keeping Brian company and having a close trim too.

According to Jan, they’ve already amassed quite a lot in sponsorship but any more donations would be very welcome. We’ll update this article once we have details of online donation links.
