Thanks to VB reader Seb for pointing out that it’s British Egg Week!
We love eggs and use them almost daily in our cooking.
Big fans of the Gallybagger Souffle at the Royal Hotel (which VB contributer Kurt Ganzl put us onto), we came across a recipe on the British Egg Week website for a cheese souffle by Annabel Karmel (the fab children’s cookery book author).
She makes it sound so easy, we might just have to give it a go!
If it goes successfully it might just topple our current favourite Sunday morning dish, Eggs Benedict.
