The Save Our Services Facebook group (with over 1,400 members) has organised a lobby outside County Hall this evening before the Full Council votes on the proposed budget cuts.
They’re asking for anyone who disagrees with the proposed cuts, particularly those that effect vulnerable people, to gather at 5pm. It’s expect that those there will be outside until 5:30, before going inside for the council meeting.
If you can’t make it along to the Full Council meeting, VB will be covering the debate and vote live from 6pm.
