Ryde Arts Festival got off to a great start last night with the unveiling of the Soundscape Fort project sculpture by Chris Jenkins at St Thomas’ heritage centre.
It saw the first public performance of the ‘Fort music’ composition by Garath Baltch and a twelve piece orchestra.
