Beaches fill, the sands glisten, warm sea crackles across the pebbles, ice-creams, bikinis, shades and a tan. BBQs, lazy days, the leisure of pleasure and fun.
Is it time to visit relatives or steer clear, needing space to chill, breaking from daily shenanigans. How about a romantic thrill, just you and your other, a surprise perhaps. Rediscovering one another, rekindling love in a world turned red. Or a burning desire with a new sweetheart, exploring the depths, textures and skin in a hurricane of lust.
Breaking the routine
Inspiration takes form, flooding the mind with intrigue and requests for time-earned away from routine. Getting out, indulging and re-energizing the regular and mundane.
Somewhere, deep, dark and green, where the wildlife lives and the rivers run clear. A deserted cove, filled beneath the waves with coral beds and rainbow fish. Heading up into the hills where the larks fly, looking down with the gods, spending nights in castles made of rock. As the noise quietens, unfolding scenes of harbours, palaces, museums, temples, cafes and art. Firing the spirit, clearing the mind and freshening the soul.
Long days and bright lights
Does the bell toll for a one-man journey, wandering through personal experience, awakening parts crushed, eroded or destroyed, breathing anew.
While the weather is good, the air clear, what better time to free-fall into ponderance, self-belief and a journey for the conscience. Squeezing-out bitter moments, re-engineering what lies ahead. Now the days are long and the light bright. As all adds up, before Autumn blows-in and our entities slow, with a little wonder and sprinkles of tales from the heart set-forth, venture, let your odyssey begin.
