Much-loved Isle of Wight singer songwriter, Derek Sandy, will be gracing our TV screens today (Tuesday) at 5pm in Channel4’s ‘Come Dine With Me Champion of Champions’.
Derek took part in Come Dine With Me on the Isle of Wight several years ago and returns today to battle it out with ‘champions’ from other areas.
During his first TV appearance on the show, he claimed (with tongue in cheek) to be “the most famous person on the Isle of Wight”.

The show, being touted by Channel4 as “a high-pressure tournament”, is fronted by Dave Lamb, the man who usually does the hilarious voice-over.
It takes place a large country manor house, and sees long-running narrator of Come Dine With Me, Dave Lamb step out from behind the microphone to present the brand new format.
