Don’t miss the East Cowes Summer Fun Day

The East Cowes Summer Fun Day will be opened at 10.30am on Saturday 5th July by Andrew Turner MP and Michael Lloyd, Mayor of East Cowes.

The event is being run to raise funds for three local charities.

Partner support
We have over 50 charity and local organisations participating, including the RLNI, who will be showing one of their life boats, the Fire Brigade who will have their Smoke House on site, the Safer Neighbourhood team from the Police will be taking part.

Vintage cars and motorcycles
Vintage Cars from the Vectis Historical Vehicle Club will be on show, together with Motor Cycles and Trikes from BATS Motor Cycle Club.

We have a Bouncy Castle and various side shows available for children and adults to enjoy.

Plenty of entertainment
Entertainment will be provided by Unidos Samba Band, Bloodstone Morris Dancers, East Cowes Zumba Ladies, Apostrophe Folk Singers and Mel the Rapper and co-ordinated by Angel Radio.

The inner man will be catered for with a Hog Roast, Burger Van, Ice Cream, Candy Floss and a Real Ale Bar.

The event will be open from 10.30am – 3.30pm.

Free entry is available all day.
