Thanks to Amy for sharing details of this charity Carol concert. Ed

Hose Rhodes Dickson, the Island’s largest independent estate agency, are proud once again to be supporting the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust’s Christmas Carol Concert at The Royal Yacht Squadron in Cowes on Friday 11th December 2015.

Following the success of last year, the event looks set to attract even more interest this year, and raise even more funds for a very worthwhile Island-based charity.

The evening full of Christmas cheer will start at 7pm with two choirs performing a range of seasonal compilations, as well as a mix of sing-along carols.

Jamie Busby, Partner at Hose Rhodes Dickson, who are celebrating their 25th Anniversary this year, said:

“The Partners of Hose Rhodes Dickson are proud to be supporting such an incredible cause. It is a privilege to be given the opportunity to assist in raising funds for a charity whose mission is to empower young adults beyond the challenges of cancer.”

Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust
Launched in 2003, the aim of the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust is to give young people, aged between 8-24, in recovery from cancer the chance to rebuild their confidence through sailing. In its 12th year, the Trust has grown beyond every expectation into a national charity. Working with every young person Principal Treatment Centre and a growing number of Designated Units in the UK.

The Trust receives no government funding and therefore relies entirely on fundraising events and voluntary donations to provide sailing trips free of charge to the young people.
