Islanders who use the Route 3 bus, or are planning to drive through Wroxall on Monday should be aware of an important road closure.
From 9.30am on Monday 28th October, SGN will be closing St John’s Road in Wroxall for emergency works.
As Leeson Road also remains closed, this will mean that Route 3 buses will be unable to serve Wroxall or Ventnor from this time.
Last buses out of Ventnor
Southern Vectis say the last buses to leave Ventnor on Monday morning will be the:
- 08:46 from Ventnor Boots towards Ryde.
- 08:55 from Ventnor Boots towards Newport.
Bus users from Ventnor after this time on Monday will need to use Route 6 to Newport and change where appropriate for routes to Godshill, Shanklin, Sandown, Brading and Ryde.
