15 years on from the first flight on 1st July 2007, air ambulance crews attend around four emergency missions every day and are able to provide advanced life-saving care usually found in a hospital emergency department
The highest number of life-saving callouts last year was for cardiac arrests, twice that than for road traffic incidents. All made possible thanks to supporters of the Air Ambulance
