The first public Parole Board hearing has been described as "long overdue" by the Police and Crime Commissioner for Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. New rules allow the public, press, and interested parties to request case reviews
"You do not want to spend the new year facing arrest, costly fines, the implications of losing your licence and in the worst-case scenario having to live with the knowledge that you have seriously injured or killed someone," says Chief Inspector Chris Spellerberg
