Eeek, if you’re living in or close to Cowes, please be aware of the flood watch issued by the Environment Agency this afternoon.
A high tide and strong winds are predicted, so low-lying land and roads are expected to be affected.
High tide hits the Cowes coastline at 00.12 and winds are predicted to be a south westerly Force 8. The flood watch warning is in force for two hours after high tide.
