Grand Opening For Ventnor Carnival Week: Music and Ghost Stories

This coming Sunday (14th August) sees the opening of the Ventnor carnival Week.

Organised by the Ventnor Enhancement Fund and in association with the Ventnor Fringe Festival (which runs from 17th-20th August), the official opening takes place between 2-5pm and all are invited to attend, bring your picnics, blankets and folding chairs.

Free concert and ghost stories
Later in the day, visitors will be treated to a concert by the Medina Community Choir (7.30pm).

This will be followed by Ghost Stories with Marc Tuckey at 8.30pm

There will be a barbeque throughout the afternoon and admission is free.

Simply walk through the La Falaise car park and follow the sign, up the steps to the open air theatre.
