Brading Residents Association is dedicating this year’s ‘Happy Hearts’ campaign to the effort to save Brading Church of England Primary School.
The initiative sees the community come together to show their support for the school, which has played an important role in the town’s education and heritage.
A display of support
Sue Birch, Chair of Brading Residents Association, highlighted the importance of this year’s campaign. She said,
“The residents association and some of Brading community are supporting ‘Save Our School’ by displaying their ‘Happy Hearts’.”
Pupils from Brading School have created colourful heart-themed artwork, which is now on display in St Mary’s Church.
Visitors are encouraged to stop by and view the display, a heartfelt testament to the community’s commitment to its local school.
Discover Brading’s history
While visiting the church, guests can also explore its history through the newly installed information point system.
