Have Your Say On Pan Plan

The Isle of Wight Council, Spectrum Housing Group and Miller Homes, the developer chosen to build new homes to the east of existing Pan, will be holding a Public Exhibition for residents and key stakeholders on Saturday 2nd February at Downside Middle School, Furrlongs, Newport between 11 am and 3 pm.

Miller Homes Southern is working closely with the Isle of Wight Council, Spectrum Housing Group and the Pan Neighbourhood Partnership team, and they are looking forward to existing Pan residents coming along to view the development plans and put across thoughts and comments as well as having the opportunity to ask questions to the Pan Development Manager Peter Hopkins, officers from the Council, Pan Neighbourhood Partnership officers along with Miller Homes and their team involved in the project.

This exhibition is one of a series of consultation events on the project. Residents have already attended a Focus Group with partnership representatives from the Isle of Wight Council, Spectrum Housing Group, Miller Homes and the Pan Neighbourhood Partnership responding to their questions and comments.

A unique feature of this project is the amount of community consultation and provision of opportunity to influence and shape the development.

Ian Beal, Managing Director of Miller Homes Southern said, “We welcome the opportunity of developing quality homes on the Island as part of this innovative community project”.

Miller Homes along with the Isle of Wight Council and Spectrum Housing Group takes community consultation seriously and Miller Homes has engaged Green Issues Communications, a specialist community consultation company, to help facilitate and analyse feedback from these events working closely with the Pan Neighbourhood Partnership.

The Team look forward to meeting residents to discuss the plans on Saturday 2nd February at Downside Middle School, Furrlongs, Newport between 11 am and 3 pm.
