Oh dear, it’s rather wet and dreary outside today and acording to the Met Office, it’s going to get worse by the end of the week.
They’ve just issued a Yellow Alert (Be Aware) for heavy rain on Friday
Another spell of heavy and persistent rain may spread to parts of Wales and southern England during Friday.
Given the saturated state of the ground and high river levels, the public should be aware that further localised flooding and disruption to travel is possible.
The rain may also be accompanied by strong winds with potential for gales or severe gales around exposed coasts and over hills.
Sandbags will no doubt be available from the usual locations for those at risk of flooding.
