Council reopen access to Gurnard beach following passionate public pleas

The Isle of Wight council say that even though the upkeep and maintenance responsibilities are not theirs, they do have a duty of care to anyone wanting to go onto the beach via this slipway, but have bowed to public pressure and moved the railings.
