‘Isle of White’ In Premier Inn Advertising Campaign

If you’re a TV watcher, you may have already noticed the huge spelling gaffe made by Premier Inn’s ‘current’ advertising agency.

Premier Inn AdvertApparently, the new campaign, featuring ‘funnyman’ Lenny Henry, is so littered with place-name errors that the whole campaign has had to be pulled and the agency sent a dictionary by their clients.

The all too familiar mistake of referring to the Isle of Wight as Isle of White, is joined by Scarbough instead of Scarborough and Livingston being mistaken for the explorer.

Fail.
