Well, despite the all the time and money wasted in the last investigation into the Ferry Companies, the only outcome that affects me is the fact that the fares have gone UP, yes UP. The Libs Andrew Turner smears and lies didn’t work here, several I met this past few weeks told me to vote for Jill because Andrew wasn’t up to it or was only staying on for his pension. What rubbish, they just couldn’t accept he is the best man for the job. Turner puts 100% into serving us, that’s why he got such a terrific endorsement. Well done… Read more »

I can never understand why the IoW with a population of 160.000 has only ONE MP

Now Bolton in Lancs. with a population of
140.000 has THREE MPs

Now I do believe the IoW should have Two MPs. IoW West and IoW East – Just a thought.

Bolton benefited in the last re-organisation of constituencies because of their being a Metropolitan area which includes some outlying areas as well. For electoral purposes the three constuencies of… Read more »

How can AT have a ‘terrific endorsement’ when over 50% of those of us who voted, voted for someone else?

No 5 is dead right, Turner is in it for himself, he couldn’t give a monkeys about the islad people. Why should he be bothered about ferry fares when he just claims them back on expenses. Wake up you 32000 your paying for it. Duh

Benny, quick question for you.

Would Jill not have claimed her travel costs if she had become the Mp? Do me a favour and ask her please :)

Quite pathetic sour grapes – in my humble opinion!
