Anyone going along to the Festival next week and not camping should note the opening and closing times of the main festival area.
On Friday (8th), the gates open at 5pm and you can rock your socks off until midnight by the main stage and carry on over in the Strawberry Fields til 2am.
In order for you to get a good nights sleep, on Saturday morning the gates open at 11am and once again music on the main stage goes on til midnight and 2am in the Strawberry Fields.
On Sunday morning, gates open again at 11am, but music finishes at 11pm on the main stage and 1am in the Strawberry Fields.
As we reported last week, 1000 extra tickets are being made available to Islanders this coming Sunday. They can be bought from HMV in Newport or Libertys in Ryde from 9am.
Don’t forget that there will be a warm up gig on Thursday night at Chicago Rock to get you in the mood.
