I did ask Alison if the lanterns could be paraded at the Variety show I am producing at the Wintergardens on Dec 20th. They could circulate round the Hall while Wight Satin are singing one of their christmas songs. This will give extra exposure to some wonderful pieces of work. I have been trying to contact the lantern makers to inviote them to poarade round the wintergarden arena during the variety show, perhaps as accompaniment to the barbershop singers doing ‘Holy night’so who are they and are they interesedt. Its another outing for the lanterns which otherwise get such a brief ‘firefly’ existence and they can be hung in the auditorium after the following evening (Carol singing… Read more »
