Following the announcement of IW Photographer of the Year 2006, back in December, an exhibition of 50 selected images will be gracing the walls of the cafe at Quay Arts from today.
The shots were selected from over 200 entrants to the competition and demonstrate a range and diversity shared between Island photographers, from both amateur to professional skill levels.
The winners were judged by Peter Bargh, editor of ePHOTOzine, David Paul Betts, renowned local wedding photographer and Jack Whitemore, previous Southern Photographic Society President.
All are welcome to a drinks reception in the cafe from 6pm tonight.
