John’s Club Looking For Volunteers

Can you help?

We’re always happy to help with good causes and John’s Club is just one of those. Ed

John’s Club is a well respected and established Island charity, dedicated to providing social and leisure activities to vulnerable people aged 15+ with special needs, learning and physical disabilities.

Our aim is to promote independence, develop life skills and provide opportunities for a good social life. Our members benefit from fun activities, weekly disco’s, support, education, and personal development.

Can you help us with any of our activities?
We need a number of caring, committed individuals who are willing to provide support to others who do not have their capabilities.

We can promise you that the investment of your time will bring you many, many rewards.

Specifically, we’re looking for volunteers to help with

  • Supporting Social Club Activities
  • Driving
  • Administration
  • Fundraising
  • Horticulture at our Quarr Abbey Project

If you can give a few hours per week and would like to help out in any of the above areas, we would be delighted to hear from you, where you will be invited to come and meet the team. Because we support vulnerable people you will be subject to CRB checks, and require some references.

Please visit our website to see what we do.
