Join Wessex Cancer Support’s Jolly Jumper Day to aid local cancer care

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas and Wessex Cancer Support would love you to spread some festive cheer by joining its Jolly Jumper Day on Friday 6th December.

Whether you’re the king of cosy, partial to a pom-pom or prefer a sprinkle of sparkle, the charity is asking schools, workplaces and community groups to don a Christmas jumper and make a donation to raise money to support local people affected by cancer.

White: A really simple way of all coming together to spread some joy
Lorraine White, Wessex Cancer Support’s Interim Head of Community and Events, said,

“Lots of us already own a festive top, so Jolly Jumper Day is a really simple way of all coming together to spread some joy and show our support to local people affected by cancer.

“Head to our website where you can sign up and download our fundraising guide, poster and games to help you run a brilliant Jolly Jumper Day.

“And if you’re looking for something new to wear, remember that you don’t need to spend a fortune because our six shops have a fantastic range of preloved Christmas clothes and accessories to help you look the part.”

Visit the website to sign up.
