Music fans will no doubt already be aware of the impending final for the Live Wired band competition next week.
Battling it out in the finals for a chance to play Isle of Wight Festival are Cozy Flashbak, Majortones, The Kurves and Proximity Effect.
Majortones were the band of the moment last week when they won a slot to play on the main stage at the Isle of Wight Festival in the Battle of the Bands competition
Sponsored by Platform One and The County Press, the gig takes place at The Studio in Newport from 7.30pm.
