If you’re aged between 10 and 17 years old and don’t have any plans for the October half term, then read on.
Between Tuesday 28th and Friday 31st October, each day you can take part in what looks set to be (and based on previous events) a brilliant Murder Mystery event, that promises to be engaging, educational, lots of fun and could win you great prizes such as a new mountain bike, driving lessons or even and Xbox 360.
Two ‘murders’ will be take place every day and you will be involved in solving the mystery by joining a team of other young people to compete in tasks, games and challenges.
It all takes place in Ryde, Sandown, Shanklin and Ventnor and is being hosted by MADCAP (Making a Difference Community Action Partners), a partnership of local organisations including representatives from Hampshire Constabulary, many IW Council departments, private and voluntary organisations as well as Rainer and the Community Rail Partnership.
Watch the trailer (produced by Didomi) for the event to find out more (Ventnorians might recognise PC Pete – who has since emigrated to the Australia)
You have until this Friday (17th) to register to take part, so get your skates on – you’ll need parental consent.
Check out the official Web site for more info. It was designed and produced by Island Design Company Didomi).
