- John and Rob Keywood (Ace Waste)
- Michael Paler (Many Organisations)
- Kirsty Chapman (Better Days Cafe)
- Jane Allchorn (Community Spirited Cafe)
- Tim Gibbs (Yarmouth Pharmacy)
- Dale Hillier (Veterans Hub IoW)
- Alan Taylor (IoW Prostate Cancer Support Group)
Currie: All the finalists deserve to be on that list
Maggie Currie, one of the event organisers said,
“This new category was introduced after receiving feedback from last year’s awards.
“We decided to let the judges select a handful of deserving finalists from the many entries we received and then put those out to the public vote.
“It adds to the excitement as the results of the public vote won’t be announced until the evening event on the 15th March.
“I can hardly wait to find out who wins, but I have to say that all the finalists deserve to be on that list.”
Station Manager, Ian Mac said,
“Last year’s awards were an eye opener and a really uplifting evening. This new category, introduced by public demand, builds on the success of last year. We are grateful to our Headline sponsors, The Waterfront Restaurant, Totland, for enabling us to run this event.”
