The aim was to get a feel for how people of Ventnor viewed the news that the case officer for the Mill Bay Development application is recommending approval of the scheme.
There were 168 letters of objection from members of the public, English Heritage have objected to the plans in their current state and the Campaign for the Protection of Rural England believe the plans constitute over-development of the site.
