Minghella International Short Film Competition: Shortlist Announced

News reaches us that the shortlist for the Minghella International Short Film Competition has now been released.

This is the first year of the International Competition, being spearheaded by Island film-maker Bruce Webb (pictured), as part of the Minghella Film Festival and the call for entries has been outstanding.

As previously mentioned, over 100 entries were received from all around the world, including Germany, USA, Japan, Canada and Sweden.

The shortlisted films will be screened on Saturday 12th March as part of the Minghella Film Festival with the awards ceremony taking place in the evening.

Many of those not making it onto the shortlist will be screened the following day.

The shortlisted films are as follows:
