Looks like the turn around at Isle of Wight Radio could have started.
The latest listening figures released this morning by RAJAR are the first full quarter that have been reported since the station became independently owned.
They show that the number of people listening to the station on a weekly basis has increased to 36,000, up from 32,000 in the previous quarter.
The total number of hours listen to has surged from 291,000 to 355k – up over 20%.
So not only are more people listening, but the length of time that each of them is listening in a week has increased to 9.9 hours from 9.
