New autumn courses announced for Isle of Wight adult learners

The Isle of Wight Council’s Adult Community Learning team has unveiled its new autumn programme, featuring a diverse range of workshops and courses.

Courses for every interest
Whether you’re interested in gaining a qualification in English or maths, exploring ICT or engaging in arts or crafts activities, there is something for everyone.

Careers support for retraining or returning to work
For those looking to develop their skills further, perhaps to retrain or return to work, careers appointments with our information, advice, and guidance professional are available.

Our careers advisor can assist with CV writing, cover letters, and application forms, and provide support with career changes, redundancy, education, and training. To book an appointment, call 817280.

Free drop-in sessions for computer help
If you need help with accessing computers or ICT learning, drop-in sessions are available on Fridays, 9.30am to 12.30pm; no booking necessary: 18th September, 2nd and 16th October, 13th and 27th November, and 11th December.
