On Wednesday 23rd September 2026 criminologist Sue Strickland-Lord is giving a talk on crime, law and deviance at Lord Louis Library in Newport.
Meet the speaker
With more than 20 years’ experience as a college lecturer, a first-class degree in criminology and an MSc in criminal justice Sue is well qualified to help you explore the dark side of society.
What to expect on the night
The evening promises to be full of thought-provoking insights and will include a Q&A at the end.
You’ll also be able to browse the library and join up if you’re not already a member.
