Newport Parish Council is delighted to be part of the Isle of Pink campaign.
The notice board in St James Square has been adorned with ribbons and the Chairman of the Parish Council, Peter Whiteman, helped to attach a banner to legs of the notice board.
Cllr Whiteman said ‘It gives us great pleasure to display the information for this excellent campaign. The notice board is in a prominent place in the centre of Newport and hopefully this will prompt shoppers to participate in the fund raising initiative.’
