Nigel Clark of Dodgy fame set to perform at Strings Bar and Venue this Friday

Last updated:

Strings Bar and Venue are extremely excited to welcome Mr Nigel Clark from one of Brit-pop’s best: ‘Dodgy’, to Strings for a special show this Friday!

Nigel Clark emerged on the British music scene as the lead singer and bassist of the pop band Dodgy, who are best known for their hits “Staying Out for the Summer”, “If You’re Thinking of Me”, and “Good Enough”, with the latter single reaching No. 4 in the UK Singles Chart.

Dodgy released three albums on A&M Records before Clark’s departure from the band in 1998.

Solo career
He then started a new venture, as a singer-songwriter and solo artist. Nigel has since released his debut solo album ‘Make Believe Love’ which has earned critical acclaim and positive reviews from Q Magazine.

Nigel focuses his melodic voice in fresh soul-searching songs, to create an emotional connection with the audience.

We can’t wait for this one! See you down the front…
