No online access to Isle of Wight planning applications

Isle of Wight council’s section of their Website that lets you examine planning and licensing applications and comment on them is expected to be offline for the next three days.

The action, pre-announced by the council, is being put down to “supplier maintenance” and also impacts viewing Tree Preservation Order (TPO) details.

Their stated intention is that access will be restored on Friday 13th May.

How to comment
If you’ve previously examined the applications and have comments on them while the server is out of action, you can email them to [email protected].

Alternatively you can submit in writing to Planning Services, Seaclose Office, Fairlee Road, Newport, PO30 2QS.

At the time of publishing, the planning portal was still accessible.
